AGCO Given Title As a Top Employer of 2024 in Toronto

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has been given a high honour! The authority has been selected as one of the top employers in the Greater Toronto area for 2024. By receiving this award, the AGCO is recognized for providing an exemplary workplace for its employees. Below are the criteria considered before this award is given to an employer.

In its history, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has been known for its people-first approach when it comes to its employees. The importance of this approach is what helped the AGCO bag this title in 2024. The organization describes its workplace as “positive, safe and inclusive,” and it boasts about the value it gives to work-life balance.

Besides this, the AGCO provides its employees with programs that aid their professional and personal development so that they can progress in their careers as well as their well-being. 

The AGCO CEO and Registrar, Dr. Karin Schnarr, stated the following about their people-first approach.
